Refund Policy


Ijona Skills reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any Webinar event due to inevitable reasons like insufficient registrations. All the attendees will be notified about the cancellation of the event,48 hours prior to the start time of the Webinar event. Upon such cancellation registered attendees will get a full refund of the amount paid in a single settlement through a banker's check deposited to the bank account specified by you.

Ijona Skills may ask you to provide certain information about yourself by filling out and submitting an online form. It is completely optional for you to engage in these activities. If you elect to engage in these activities, however, Ijona Skills may ask that you provide us personal information, such as your first and last name, mailing address (including ZIP code), e-mail address, employer, job title and department, telephone and fax numbers, and other personal information.

  • If the attendees wish to take a different webinar, which has a same price tag at a future date & time, they are welcome to do so. In such event a online redeemable voucher will be mailed with some codes & passwords. The same should be redeemed within twelve months time.
  • On-Demand recordings or recorded CDs in exchange but equal to the original amount remitted.

Participants of our live events may cancel up to 48 working hours prior to the event start date and will receive a letter of credit to be used towards a future event, valid up to one year from the date of issuance.
