Employers are now more than ever at risk for the Workplace Regulatory agencies to know on their door to conduct external audits. Federal, State, and Local Regulatory Agencies have increased their efforts in cracking down on Employers who willfully or unwittingly violate workplace regulations.

Even the most knowledgeable HR professional needs to be aware of the risk the Employer is taking by avoiding regulations.
The HR Compliance services I offer have been successful because they are proactive, specialized, knowledge of nationwide and international regulations and customized tools developed that are easy to use and maintains workplace compliance.
Here is what make me unique:

I work with the Employer and the HR Representative to assess the company's risk based on a 25-Point Internal Audit. This customized audit adapts to the Employer's needs and culture;

For Employers with I-9 Compliance Concerns, there is a customized I-9 Document Assessment, Correction, and storage Program that has been accepted by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) which identifies, corrects according to regulations and creates a foolproof strategy that reduces fines and penalties even if the Employer is audited by DHS.

All Compliance tools (Checklists, Policies, Toolkits and other resources) are customized and proven to successfully reduce the risk for Employers and HR Professionals. All tools include training for the HR representative, training for the Employer's Representative (if no HR Professional) and unlimited compliance support throughout the life of the relationship
These are only a few of the customized compliance tools used to ensure an appropriate risk management strategy.
