Candace Leuck is president of Athena Finance Group, which works with clients to develop custom solutions and implement strategies to expand the opportunities of businesses and other organizations. Athena Finance Group specializes in solving solvency problems, implementing mergers, providing valuation expertise, and strategic planning.
Specializing in strategic planning, distressed entity recovery, valuations, and educational programs. Athena's mission is to discern and communicate the information clients need to excel. This is accomplished through a cooperative working relationship based on solid strategy resulting in new opportunities for those served.
Candace contributes to her profession through the development and presentation of a wide range of continuing education courses. In addition to her professional activities, she has served various philanthropic organizations; most recently Girl Scouts of South Carolina Mountains to Midlands, Cookie Project Honduras, Clemson Wesley Group, and Clemson Club Sports.
Ms. Leuck spends much of her time developing custom solutions for clients and then educating those designated to implement strategies. This is accomplished through a cooperative working relationship with clients and is based on solid strategy, thereby expanding client opportunities. Ms. Leuck has 25 years of professional experience, including 8 years in public practice. In 2006, she formed Athena Finance Group to partner with clients to solve problems, identify opportunities, and implement solutions.
Ms. Leuck earned her Master of Professional Accountancy (Audit Emphasis) from Clemson University in 1988. She is a certified public accountant and a member of the AICPA and the SC Association of CPAs. She currently serves as a lecturer at Clemson University?s School of Accountancy and Legal Studies.
